What happens if I want to cancel my Click and Collect order or return a product?

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after collection. To start the process, contact our service team through our contact form to get a return authorization. Once the return is authorized, print and complete the return form. Return the product and the return form to the retailer you originally collected your order from for inspection. After confirming that returned product is new, unridden, and with no mark of usage or damage, the retailer will notify us and we will issue a full refund.
