Scor 4060ST with 150mm rear travel ?

I bought a scor 4060ST

I want to ask, can I use a 205x60 shock for 150mm rear travel? + use a 160mm fork? 150/160

If so, in what position should I put the flip-chip? ST or LT? so that the bike can be used safely with 150mm rear travel.
